Rachel Bargad, a native Israeli with dual Israeli-American citizenship, works at Neve Michael children home as the Director of Programs and Projects. She received her MA in School Administration at St. John University and has earned both an BA /MA in Middle Eastern Studies, as well as Teachers Certification at Bar Ilan University. She has taught at Flatbush Yeshiva High School  (NY), Evelina de Rothschild High School (Jerusalem), and Neve Hanna (Gush Etzion). Rachel served in the IDF as a Mora Chayelet where she commanded and instructed soldiers from difficult backgrounds. She speaks Hebrew, English, and Arabic fluently.
